Car Parking

Use of our car park is free of charge. Please ensure you register your vehicle on arrival.

Please note that all vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. We recommend that you do not leave valuables in your vehicle and ensure all doors and windows are securely closed and locked.

Check-in: From 2.00pm (14:00)
Check-out: By 11.00am (11:00)

Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: 7.45am – 9.45am

Please be advised that breakfast service on weekends is often busy after 9.00am. Guests may experience waiting times during peak periods.

6.00pm – 9.00pm (last orders at 8.45pm)

Tables may be booked via Reception. 

Room service is available on request. Please note that a tray charge of £6.50 apply.

Hotel Bar & Lounge

Our bar and lounge are open to residents 24 hours a day, offering a relaxed and comfortable space to enjoy a drink at any time.

A selection of coffees and hot beverages is also available throughout the day, making it the perfect place to unwind, catch up, or enjoy a quiet moment.

Guest Services & Bedroom Amenities

Wi-Fi: Complimentary. Please select ‘Sudbury House Hotel’, no password is required 

Housekeeping: Rooms will be serviced during your stay unless requested or if you displayed Do Not Disturb Sign on your door. Any towels left hanging on the rails will remain, with any towels left in the floor or in the bathtub replaced.

Temperature: If you wish your room to be warmer you can adjust the temperature individually on the radiator – 1 being the coolest and 5 the warmest.

Room Amenities: Your room includes complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, bottled water, and a selection of toiletries. Please note that bottled water is provided on arrival and is not replenished during your stay. Additional bottled water is available for purchase from the hotel.

Should you require extra pillows, towels, or any additional amenities, please contact Reception, who will be happy to assist. An iron and ironing board are available on request. A hairdryer can be found in the desk drawer (push to open).

If you have forgotten any essential items, such as a toothbrush, please ask at Reception. A small selection is available for your convenience.

Maintenance: Although we do our best to ensure room maintenance is actioned immediately, please let us know if you notice something that we may not have please let us know.  Reception will take note and pass on to our maintenance team.

A fire evacuation plan is located on the back of your bedroom door. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with this information.

Dog Policy

Dogs are welcome in designated dog-friendly rooms only and must be pre-booked, subject to availability.
Policy details: A maximum of two medium-sized dogs are permitted per room. A charge of £20 per dog, per night applies. A refundable deposit of £100 is held and returned within 24 hours of departure, subject to room inspection. Our full dog policy can be found here.

Taxi/Transport

If you require a taxi during your stay, please contact Reception by dialing ‘0’, or arrange directly with one of our local taxi companies.

We kindly recommend allowing at least 24 hours’ notice, as local taxi availability may be limited at short notice.

Checking Out & Final Payment

Any outstanding balance on your room will be emailed to you on the morning of departure. Payment can be settled via the link provided or in person at Reception prior to leaving.

We accept Cash, Visa, and MasterCard. Unfortunately, American Express is not accepted.

Please remember to return your key card to Reception before departure.
