Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings will need to be guaranteed with credit or debit card, but can be cancelled up to 14.00 on the day of arrival with no charge.
If you cancel after 14.00 a cancellation fee of the first nights stay will be charged to the card details given. There is a charge of £ 20.00 per night for pets in the room.
Please note that for special events, packages and at certain times of the year the cancellation and payment policy may differ to the above terms and conditions. You will be notified of this at reservation stage if this is the case. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any queries in relation to our policies.
